PAYMENT METHOD
All our customers can choose one of the following payment options:
Online payment when shopping – with payment cards of all Montenegrin banks.
If you choose the option “Personal pick-up – at the perfumery”, it is possible to pay with payment cards of all Montenegrin banks, as well as in cash. In that case, you must pick up the purchased product at our perfumery at Ul. Avda Mededovica No.34 in Podgorica.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
For every purchase over €50 through our online store, we provide free delivery directly to your door. If the purchase value is up to €50, delivery to your address costs €4. The delivery is made by the Post of Montenegro within 48 hours of the order (that is, within 72 hours if the order was placed on the weekend). Deliveries are not made on Sundays.
DELIVERY PROCEDURE
The delivery is delivered to the recipient or an authorized person, and on that occasion the recipient signs the address book, on which, in addition to the date of receipt, he states the exact time of receipt of the shipment. When the parcel is received on behalf of the recipient by his proxy, a member of the household or a person who is permanently employed by the recipient, his relationship to the recipient is indicated in the signature.
In the case of failed delivery of the parcel to the recipient’s address, the recipient is left with a Report on the arrival of the parcel with a notification when, where and by what time he can pick up the parcel at one of the post offices.
The representative of the Post Office is obliged to call the recipient by telephone and inform him of the arrival of the parcel.
